T.R.Robertson completed art and design fundamentals at the John Herron School of Art, Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, IN in 1973. She received a BFA in Drawing and Sculpture, with a minor in Art History in 1978, and a MS with thesis in Curriculum and Instruction/Art Education in 1997 at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. T. R. has taught all age and grade levels in both private and public schools, including undergraduates in art fundamentals, drawing and sculpture. In addition, she has taught visual art and architecture for The Lincoln Center Institute & Learning By Design, the American Institute of Architects, NYC.  She also writes about, presents and consults concerning aesthetic education in the viual arts and architecture, and deconstructing the objectification of the learner in American Art Education. T. R. has received numerous art awards and recognitions, and exhibits her art nationally. She currently shows predominantly in New York City Galleries.
